Maintenance Package
- Dusting & Polishing: Removing dust and cobwebs from surfaces top to bottom, such as ceilings (where needed), fans, light fixtures, baseboards, shelves, countertops, tables, and other furniture.
- Vacuuming and Sweeping: Vacuuming carpets and rugs and sweeping hard floors to remove dirt, debris, and pet hair are essential to residential cleaning.
- Mopping: Cleaning hard floors, such as tile, hardwood, marble, or linoleum, with a mop and appropriate cleaning solution to remove stains and maintain a clean appearance.
- Kitchen Cleaning: Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and surfaces of appliances like stoves, ovens, microwaves, and refrigerators. Interior of microwaves included.
- Bathroom Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and disinfect the bathroom, including the toilet, bathtub or shower, sink, baseboards, and mirrors. Restocking of toiletries, if needed.
- Bedroom Cleaning: Dusting or wiping down bedroom furniture.
- Trash Removal: Emptying trash cans and replacing liners as needed.
- Surface Disinfection: Using appropriate disinfectants to sanitize high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls.
